Evaluation: Körcentrum Syd (Choral Centre), Lund University (2014)

On behalf of Lund University, I have evaluated the Körcentrum Syd’s activities from 2011 to 2013.

Summary:
The evaluation shows that Körcentrum during this activity period has met its mandate in a commendable manner, thus meeting their goals.
The evaluation illustrates further how the excellence gathered in the center stimulates the formation of new knowledge, strengthens the position of choral activities in the region and makes the university visible through the scientific achievements that the activities contribute to. Based on current assignments a few challenges, in relation to which special efforts are needed, are observed, for example regarding young audiences, continuous dialogue with other choral players, new forms of collaboration and a holistic approach as the basis of priorities.
