Compere: “More high quality music directed specifically at children and young people”, Palladium in Malmö/Musik i Syd (2013)

High-quality recordings for children and young people is a three year project that will promote increased recordings of music adapted to specific target groups. The hope is that music for children should be seen to have the same status as children’s literature, and young people should have greater access to high quality music recordings designed specifically for them.

A seminar that aimed to “contribute to increased access to recorded music of high quality in all genres, and dissemination to children and young people across the country” was held on 29 November 2013. Participants included musicians, producers, record labels, etc.
